We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

The two-person charge applies once per order, not per item, and is shown at checkout before you pay. It covers beds, wardrobes, sideboards, drinks cabinets, daybeds, hanging chairs, lounge sets, dining sets and room packages — things that genuinely need two people and cannot travel on a parcel network. A whole-room package can weigh over 200kg.
What two-person delivery includes
- A phone call or text to agree a day, and a time window on the morning.
- Carried into the room of your choice, not left on the drive.
- Unwrapped, and the packaging taken away with them if you'd like.
- Positioned where you want it. They won't assemble a bed frame or fix anything to a wall.
Please measure your doorways, hallway and any turn on the stairs before you order. A three-seat conservatory sofa will not go up a tight Victorian staircase, and the crew can't take a window out.
Small items
Baskets, lampshades, mirrors, cushions, cane webbing and care products go on a standard tracked parcel service, 3–5 working days. Cane webbing is sent rolled in a tube; let it relax flat for a day before you work with it.
Lead times on made to order
Made-to-order and restoration work is quoted individually and typically takes 4–8 weeks. We'll confirm the lead time in writing before you commit, and we'll tell you if it slips.
Areas outside the standard network
Some Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Channel Islands postcodes fall outside our standard service, particularly for large furniture. If yours is affected we'll contact you before dispatch with the cost, and you're free to cancel for a full refund at that point.
Damage in transit
Check the goods before the crew leaves, or as soon as a parcel arrives. Note any damage when signing and photograph it. Report damage within 48 hours and we'll repair or replace at no cost. Woven furniture arrives with some natural variation in colour and weave — that isn't damage, it's the material.
